Once you’re ready to make the move, we’ll begin our application process by collecting the following information from you to ensure you’re approved for renting.
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must provide proof of all income. Monthly income must be two to three times the monthly rental amount.
- You need to provide three current pay stubs, SSI, disability, and any other forms of income.
- You must provide your previous rental history.
- You must authorize the release of information.
- You must provide a rental history that is free of evictions. You cannot owe money to any other rental property.
- We conduct background history checks and credit checks.
- You must provide a job history of at least 1 year.
- There is a non-refundable application fee of $40.00
